Your internet connection should be "high speed": cable, DSL, or fiber-optic connections work best. A connection capable of handling at least 8mb/sec
download speed is ideal for a consistent viewing experience.
You may need to try plugging your computer directly into a wired network, instead of using any form of wireless. It sometimes helps to close all
other running programs and/or browsers (or other browser tabs) while viewing.
Browser recommendation: Chrome, then Firefox, then Internet Explorer, in that order.
Anyone else on your network using internet will be consuming your bandwidth. If those users are watching online videos,
downloading music, or performing other high-bandwidth activities, you may have a slow viewing experience for this stream.
To prevent hangs, freezes, or other problems, it is helpful if your machine has the lastest Flash player update. You can get the latest flash update
here.
Click the PLAY arrow in the player at broadcast time. It may take 30 seconds or so for it to start playing. Try the Refresh button on your browser
if it takes longer than this.
